These terms and conditions apply to all services provided by BudExperten. By booking a service, the customer agrees to these terms.

Booking
Booking of transport and services is made via our website or by email.
A booking becomes binding only once the customer has received an order confirmation from us.

Payment
Payment shall be made in connection with the execution of the transport via card, Swish, or invoice.
Private individuals and business customers may, subject to approved credit check, be offered invoicing with 10-day payment terms.
An administration fee applies to invoice payments.

Dimensions, weight and scope
The customer is responsible for providing accurate information at the time of booking. If the assignment exceeds the stated dimensions, weight, or scope, we reserve the right to adjust the price.
In case of significant discrepancies, the driver has the right to refuse the assignment. A call-out fee may then be charged.

Packaging
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the goods are properly packaged for transport.
BudExperten is not liable for damage resulting from inadequate packaging or the nature of the goods.

Insurance
We hold transport and liability insurance in accordance with industry standards.

Collection
Collection takes place at the address specified at the time of booking.
If collection cannot be completed due to incorrect information (e.g. wrong address, missing door code, or goods not accessible), the full cost will be charged.

Standard delivery (no carrying assistance)
For standard delivery, loading and unloading take place at the property boundary, curbside, or as close as the vehicle can safely access.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the goods are available for loading. The driver does not provide carrying assistance under this service.

Delivery with carrying assistance
When carrying assistance is booked, we assist with moving goods in and out of the property.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that access routes are clear and that floors and surfaces are protected.
For health and safety reasons, our staff are not permitted to remove their shoes.
If there is a risk of damage, we reserve the right to limit or refuse delivery.

Delivery
Delivery is made to the address specified at the time of booking.

Delays
In the event of delays, the recipient will be contacted.
In cases of significant delays caused by us, compensation or a price reduction may be applicable.

Damage and liability
BudExperten is liable for transport in accordance with applicable laws and industry regulations (NSAB 2015).
Visible damage must be reported immediately upon delivery. Hidden damage must be reported within a reasonable time, no later than 7 days after delivery.
We are not liable for damage caused by inadequate packaging, normal wear and tear, or the nature of the goods.

Complaints
Any complaints must be submitted in writing as soon as possible after the issue has been discovered.

Force majeure
We are not liable for failure to fulfill our obligations due to circumstances beyond our control, such as war, natural disasters, government actions, labor disputes, or similar events.

 

 

Cancellation and rebooking – private individuals

Moving services – mainland
Cancellation is free of charge up to 15 days before the scheduled assignment.
For later cancellations, we reserve the right to charge actual costs incurred, up to a maximum of 10% of the agreed price.
Rebooking must be made no later than 7 days before the scheduled date to be free of charge.

Moving services – Gotland
Cancellation is free of charge up to 7 days before the scheduled assignment.
For later cancellations, a fee may be charged for incurred costs, up to a maximum of 10%.
Rebooking must be made no later than 3 days before the scheduled date.

Courier services – mainland
Cancellation must be made at least 72 hours before the assignment to be free of charge.
For later cancellations, up to 50% of the cost will be charged.

Courier services – Gotland
Cancellation must be made at least 24 hours before the assignment.
For later cancellations, the full cost will be charged.

Other
We reserve the right to refuse assignments that do not meet safety requirements or that deviate from the agreed terms.
